INTRODUCING
Andreas Pfeifer, born 1965 in Bolzano, Italy, studied german literature and musicology. Since 1988 he is a journalist with ORF, Austrian Broadcasting Corporation and worked as a foreign correspondent in Bolzano, Rome and Washington D.C. In 2001 he reopens the ORF-Bureau for Italy and the Vatican.
From 2007 to 2021 he is Head of the International TV-News department at the ORF-Headquarters in Vienna. Currently he leads the ORF correspondent office in Berlin, Germany.
