INTRODUCING
Ulrike Arens-Azevedo is a German ecotrophologist. She is former president of the German Nutrition Society, former head of the Board of Directors of the Hamburg Consumer Association and former member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the German Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
She was also professor at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences , teaching at the Faculty of Life Sciences, covering the field of nutrition with specialization in Mass Catering and Food Safety.
